Hi, I'm Maria — a Fractional Executive Assistant supporting purpose-driven professionals with thoughtful, reliable, and detail-oriented assistance.

I'm the calm in the storm, the one who quietly gets things done before anyone even realizes there's a problem. For over 7 years, I've been the trusted partner for nonprofit directors, recruiters, and small business owners who need someone who can jump in, figure things out fast, and handle the details calmly and with care (and maybe a little humor).

When I'm not working my magic for clients, you'll probably find me strumming my ukulele, lost in a good book, playing games with my kids, or planning my next adventure. My daughters insist I have superpowers (really just staying three steps ahead), and my friends say my laugh is infectious and my typing speed is unmatched. I'm a quirky, introverted music-lover who's always learning and trying new things. I believe in working hard, laughing often, and making time for life's little joys — whether that's a new song, a classic novel, or a spontaneous road trip.

Adventure is a big part of our family life! Whether we're kayaking on a beautiful lake or discovering new places together, these moments of joy and connection remind me of what's truly important in life. These experiences shape who I am and bring fresh energy and perspective to my work. I am currently based in Indiana and I am available to work remotely.
