Hi, I'm Maria— an Executive Virtual Assistant supporting purpose-driven professionals with thoughtful, reliable, and detail-oriented assistance.
I help my clients organize chaos, manage calendars and inboxes, prepare weekly communications, book travel, coordinate with teams, and keep their days running smoothly — so they can focus on the work only they can do.
My Mission
With years of experience supporting Catholic priests, nonprofit directors, recruiters, and small business owners, I understand how to jump into a wide range of needs and systems quickly. My approach is calm, consistent, discreet, and proactive — I'm the kind of support person who anticipates what's needed and gets it done without hand-holding.
Experience
I'm fluent in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Dropbox, and even light tech like GitHub or Supabase for simple website support. Whether I'm creating a weekly bulletin, typing meeting minutes, or ordering flowers for a last-minute event, I bring a blend of precision and care to every task.
When I'm not working I enjoy playing the Ukulele, reading classics, and playing games. I am currently based in Indiana.
