Hi, I'm Maria— an Executive Virtual Assistant supporting purpose-driven professionals with thoughtful, reliable, and detail-oriented assistance.
I am a quirky, introverted, music loving, tenacious, and detail-oriented person who is always learning and trying new things. My daughters believe that I have superpowers. My friends all agree that I can type faster than them and they also say my laugh is infectious. I am currently based in Indiana and I am available to work remotely.
I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years—helping Catholic priests, nonprofit directors, recruiters, and small business owners keep their worlds running smoothly. I’m the calm in the storm, the one who quietly gets things done before anyone even realizes there’s a problem. If you need someone who can jump in, figure things out fast, and handle the details with care (and maybe a little humor), that’s me.
When I'm not working my magic for clients, you'll probably find me strumming my ukulele, lost in a good book, playing games with my kids, or planning my next adventure. I believe in working hard, laughing often, and making time for the little joys—whether that's a new song, a classic novel, or a spontaneous road trip.
Adventure is a big part of our family life! Whether we're kayaking on a beautiful lake or discovering new places together, these moments of joy and connection remind me of what's truly important in life. These experiences shape who I am and bring fresh energy and perspective to my work.
